Khaya Ndlovu Game Reserve

Khaya Ndlovu Residential Big Game Reserve is uniquely positioned in the Rietspruit Game Reserve, located at the foothills of the Drakensberg escarpment. The estate is conveniently situated approximately two and a half kilometres from Hoedspruit, a popular eco-tourism destination in the Limpopo province.

A unique feature of Khaya Ndlovu is its low residential density of just 35 stands (shares). To date there are 23 completed thatch roofed homes; the remaining stands have been sold. Most of the stands are situated along the northern bank of the Zandspruit River, a sand river that meanders through the reserve. The residential portion occupies approximately 200 ha and the balance is a wilderness area that is accessed by a well maintained road infrastructure of approximately 45 km.

Khaya Ndlovu is open to, and a member of, the 5419.073 ha Rietspruit Game Reserve. The Reserve has Khaya Ndlovu, Bloubank and Leadwood Big Game Estate as its members. This reserve has lion, leopard, cheetah, hippo and black and white rhino, and a small herd of elephant. All of these will traverse our property.  We also have the majority of plains game that frequent the lowveld areas. Khaya Ndlovu does have controlled traverse access to Bloubank but restricted access to Leadwood.
